A health page takes enrollment and refuses a diagnosis.
An employer sending a census and a person describing a diagnosis should never share one form. The employer is an enrollment conversation. The person is about to hand a medical story to a public website, and the page has to refuse it. HIPAA is the plain reason a diagnosis stays out of the form, not a badge this studio claims. enrollment@ is the employer door, and health@ is for a question that is not a medical file.
Employers and patients use different mail
The first screen should say which sender you are. An employer with a census writes employers@ or enrollment@, and the page should name both so the spreadsheet has a home. A person who wants to describe symptoms, a diagnosis, or a prescription writes nothing medical into the form. The refusal is the point of the page, not a footnote under a stock photo of a stethoscope.
Do not add a free-text box labeled with an invitation to describe a condition. That box is a records habit pretending to be a contact form, and no package from Motus includes a records system. Motus will not store, sort, or forward a diagnosis as if this studio were a clinic. If the firm wants human calls, print a phone the firm already answers, and say the call is not emergency care.
Enrollment mail is the employer's path
enrollment@ receives the census, the effective date the employer hopes for, and the count of people the employer already knows. The site does not turn that spreadsheet into a rate. employers@ can take a buying question that is not the file itself. Say whether the firm wants the file simply attached, using the firm's own instruction, not a security boast we invented for the footer.
Busy enrollment seasons make this path noisy. The page can state the months the firm actually runs enrollment, if the firm wrote those months down. It should not promise every person will be accepted, and it should not describe a plan's clinical rules. A link to the benefits desk belongs here when the firm also has that page, so human resources is not guessing which site is which.
No diagnosis field and no records system
Say HIPAA in one sentence a non-lawyer can read: a public form is the wrong place for a diagnosis, and the site will not take one. Do not add a badge or a seal that implies this studio keeps a medical archive. No Motus package includes a system for health records. Motus will not give medical advice, interpret a symptom, or suggest a treatment plan.
If a visitor types a diagnosis anyway, the firm's own process has to handle that mistake, and the page should tell them not to type it. We will not build a portal that stores cards, injury images, or notes from a clinic. health@ can answer which enrollment window is open. It cannot answer whether a treatment is appropriate for anyone.
Growth fits a health desk that must show employers@ and enrollment@ without ever opening a diagnosis field. Starter does not add a records system either.
Motus does not give medical advice or quote a premium. No website package, including the $274 Starter, includes a system for health records.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use health@, enrollment@ and employers@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Why will a health insurance form refuse my diagnosis?
- A diagnosis is medical information, and a public website is the wrong drawer for it. HIPAA is the reason the page says no, not a claim that Motus runs a health archive. Use enrollment@ only if you are an employer sending a census, not a symptom list. Motus will not give medical advice.
- Where should employers send a census for health insurance enrollment?
- Send the census to enrollment@ with the headcount the employer already knows and the date they hope to start. Do not include diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinic notes in that file. Motus will not turn the spreadsheet into a rate or a medical opinion. employers@ answers a buying question when no spreadsheet is attached.
- Does any health insurance package from Motus store medical records?
- No. The packages are a website and company mail, and none of them is a records system. No package stores a chart, a card image, or a diagnosis. The page can name enrollment@ and health@. It cannot take a medical story or give medical advice of any kind.
- Can the health insurance page tell someone which treatment to seek?
- No. That would be medical advice, and Motus will not write it. The site will not interpret symptoms or recommend a plan. For enrollment questions, employers use enrollment@, and a person with a non-medical question uses health@. Emergency care is not what this page is for.
