Ask for the itinerary before calling the trip covered.

An itinerary printout is what the traveler is holding, with dates and a destination circled. The travel page should ask for those facts and for what kind of cancellation worries them. It should also ask whether a medical question is part of the trip, without turning into a clinic. Motus will not say the trip is covered and will not issue a binder. trips@ takes the itinerary, travel@ a general question, and claims@ a loss already underway.

The itinerary is the intake, not a globe

Ask for dates, destination, and who is traveling, because that is the paper already in the traveler's hand. A form that asks only for an email address throws that paper away and starts the desk blind. trips@ should be the place to paste or attach the itinerary. Say the file can be a PDF or a plain list, whichever the firm will actually open and read.

Do not show a map pin this studio dropped on a city it does not occupy. The firm's own markets decide where it can help, and the page repeats only what the firm wrote down. A traveler leaving next week and a traveler planning next year can use the same address. The difference is the date on the itinerary, not a second brand of fake urgency.

Cancellation worries need their own question

People arrive because a trip might be called off, or because they might cancel, and those are not the same fact. The form should ask which one, in ordinary words, and send the answer with the itinerary to trips@. Do not promise a refund, a voucher, or a percentage back. Motus will not describe a cancellation benefit as if it had read a specimen contract.

If the firm only handles cancellation talk for certain trip types, the firm says which types. We will not add cruise, safari, or student-trip language just to make the menu look wide. A short list of the trips the desk actually handles is more useful than a spinning globe. Leave off anything the firm has not confirmed in writing for the page.

Medical trip facts stay facts, not advice

A medical line on a travel form is a fact for the desk, such as whether the traveler is asking about care far from home. It is not an invitation to list symptoms or to ask which medicine to pack. Say that plainly, and point the health desk's own page at anyone who is not actually traveling. claims@ is for a loss already happening, including a bill the traveler already holds, with no promise the bill will be paid.

Do not tell a traveler whether a hospital abroad will accept a card, a letter, or anything else. Do not issue a binder because a flight leaves in the morning. travel@ can answer where to send the itinerary if the visitor is lost on the site. The page collects dates, destination, and the cancellation or medical fact, and then a person at the firm answers.

Growth fits a travel desk that splits trips@ for itineraries from claims@ for a loss already underway. Starter fits when one reader handles both and the labels are still printed.

Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use travel@, trips@ and claims@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions

Where should travelers send an itinerary for travel insurance?
Send dates, destination, and who is going to trips@, as a PDF or a plain list the firm will read. travel@ is for a question that is not the file. Motus will not say the trip is covered and will not issue a binder because the departure is soon. A person at the desk replies.
Will a travel insurance page promise a cancellation refund?
No. The form asks whether the worry is a cancelled trip or a traveler who might cancel, and it stops at that fact. A refund, a voucher, or a percentage back is not a sentence for this website. The desk reads the itinerary at trips@ and answers as itself.
Can travel insurance mail include a medical fact without giving advice?
Yes, as a fact only: the traveler may say a medical concern is part of the trip. The page will not interpret symptoms, recommend a medicine, or describe hospital rules abroad. Bills already in hand go to claims@ with no promise they are paid. Health questions with no trip belong on the health desk instead.
Does Motus issue a binder because travel insurance starts tomorrow?
No. A departure date is not a binder, and Motus does not issue one from a form. Send the itinerary to trips@ and let the firm respond under its own authority. Urgency changes the date on the paper, not what this studio is allowed to do. claims@ is only for a loss already in progress.
