Tell the client to keep paying. Do not promise a reduction.

When a client writes that they plan to stop paying a creditor, the harm is immediate if the page agrees. What gets lost is the warning that belongs in the first line: keep paying, and do not take a stop-payment instruction from a marketing site. settlement@ can hear the situation. creditors@ is not a place for the client to vent a creditor's name into a promise. Motus does not negotiate and does not promise a reduction.

The first line is keep paying the creditor

Keep paying is not a footnote under a savings calculator. It is the sentence a scared client must see before any description of the desk. A calculator that shows a reduction, a slash through a balance, or a before-and-after chart is a promise wearing arithmetic. Delete it. The client may describe the creditor and the kind of account in words to settlement@. They may not be told that stopping payment is a clever step, a required step, or a step the firm prefers.

creditors@ is a dangerous label if it sounds like the site will call the creditor. It should be defined as the mailbox where the firm, not the client and not Motus, handles correspondence the firm already has in a real matter. If the firm does not correspond with creditors, do not publish the address. A fake creditors@ implies negotiation is underway. Negotiation is the firm's licensed work if it does that work at all. It is not a contact form.

A reduction is not a number the page may print

Reduction is the hope. Printing a percent off, a typical outcome, or a range of outcomes turns hope into an advertisement the client will rely on. Do not say most creditors settle. Do not say your creditor will. Do not say Motus can get the balance down. The studio does not negotiate. The page can say the firm, if it is authorized to do this work, discusses a situation only after a person has read it, and that no result is stated in advance.

clients@ is the ongoing relationship, distinct from a first scared note. A client already in a matter may need a document address that is not the public warning box. Give them clients@ and repeat the same warning there: keep paying. Do not let the logged-in feeling of an existing matter erase the sentence. A webpage cannot instruct a pause. Motus will not write a script that tells a client to withhold a payment from a creditor.

Settlement mail, creditor mail, and the client file

settlement@ receives the first description: which creditor, what kind of account, and the question the client actually has. The reply path starts by restating keep paying. It does not start with a projected reduction. creditors@, if it exists, is staff correspondence on a matter the firm already holds, and the page should say the client does not use it to summon a phone call. clients@ holds documents for a person already engaged. Three jobs. None of them is a promise.

Scope is part of honesty. If the firm does not handle a kind of creditor, say so, so people do not send a story you will not read. Do not list every consumer account type to look complete. Do not mention a result you saw somewhere else. Motus will not invent a case study, a city, or a settled figure. The page sells a clear warning and a mailbox a human at the firm reads. That is the whole offer.

Authority fits a debt-settlement desk that must lead with keep paying, refuse every reduction figure, and keep creditors@ from sounding like Motus will negotiate.

Motus does not negotiate a debt, promise a reduction, or tell anyone to stop paying a creditor.

Questions

What must a debt settlement page say before it describes the desk?
Keep paying the creditor, and do not take a stop-payment instruction from a marketing site. settlement@ can hear the situation after that warning. A savings calculator is a promise wearing arithmetic. Delete it. Motus does not negotiate.
Will Motus promise a reduction on a debt settlement website?
No. A percent off, a typical outcome, or a before-and-after chart is still a promise. The studio does not negotiate and will not say a creditor will settle. The firm, if authorized, discusses a situation only after a person reads it, with no result stated up front.
Who may write creditors@ on a debt settlement matter?
Staff, on a matter the firm already holds, and only if that mailbox is real. A client does not use it to summon a call. If the firm does not correspond with creditors, do not publish the address. A fake box implies negotiation has started.
Does a debt settlement client get told to pause a creditor payment?
No. clients@ repeats the same warning: keep paying. A webpage cannot instruct a pause, even for a person already in a matter. Motus will not write a script that tells a client to withhold a payment. The warning is the offer.
