Keep the vendor invoice out of the borrower story.

When a vendor invoice arrives at dusk, it is lost if it shares a mailbox with a borrower telling a story about equipment. The invoice is a vendor's document. The story is a credit question. vendors@ holds the invoice. equipment@ holds the borrower's description of the gear. credit@ holds a file a person is already reviewing. Motus does not quote a rate and does not pay the vendor.

Dusk invoices are not borrower essays

A vendor writing at the end of the day wants a human to see an invoice number, a serial, and an amount the vendor already printed. That note has no patience for a borrower's origin story. vendors@ is the address printed for vendors, in words a vendor will recognize. If the invoice lands in equipment@, it waits behind people describing a machine they hope to buy. The page should say this out loud so the vendor does not guess.

The borrower describing equipment is a different writer. They name the machine, whether it is new or used, and which vendor issued the quote. That description goes to equipment@. It does not include a rate box. credit@ is for a file already in review, where a missing signature page should not compete with a brand-new machine story. Three labels. No one of them says approved or funded by morning.

The invoice names the gear, the page does not price it

Equipment the desk will discuss should be named the way the firm names it. Trucks, medical machines, restaurant lines, machine tools, only where that is actually the practice. A page that lists every asset class is a catalog pretending to be a desk. Next to each true class, do not hang a payment. The invoice, when it exists, already has the vendor's price. Your site does not need to translate that price into a finance charge.

Vendor identity belongs on the form the borrower fills, as a name, not as a promise that every vendor is enrolled. vendors@ can confirm whether a particular vendor is even someone the desk knows. If the firm has no vendor program, do not imply one with a logo wall. Motus will not invent dealers, and it will not quote a rate, a factor, or a monthly figure to make the page look finished.

Credit review stays out of the dusk pile

credit@ is how a reviewer asks for a missing page without shouting over a new invoice. The message names the file and the gap. It does not re-tell the equipment story and it does not reattach the vendor's whole history. Publishing credit@ also tells a borrower that review is a stage with a person, not a spinner that ends in yes. If your firm does not separate review from intake, do not pretend the third address exists.

The limit sits under the addresses. No rate. No payment example built from a sample invoice. No claim the equipment is approved, delivered, or insured. Motus does not buy the gear, pay the vendor, or sign the borrower's note. The firm, if it arranges financing, does that away from this marketing screen. What the screen owes the vendor is a mailbox that is still empty enough to read at dusk.

Growth fits an equipment desk that must separate a dusk invoice at vendors@ from a borrower story at equipment@, and keep credit@ for files already in review.

Motus is not a lender. We do not quote an APR, promise approval, or take an application.

Questions

Why must an equipment invoice avoid the borrower mailbox?
A vendor writing at dusk needs an invoice number seen the same day. A borrower story about gear will bury it. vendors@ is the vendor door. equipment@ is the description of the machine. Mixing them is how the invoice gets lost.
Does Motus quote equipment financing rates from a sample invoice?
No. The vendor's invoice already has the vendor's price. Translating that into a finance charge on a public page is a quote this studio will not write. No monthly example, no factor, and no claim the gear is approved.
Which address reviews equipment that is already in a credit file?
credit@, and only if the firm truly separates review from intake. The note names the file and the missing page. It does not repeat the whole machine story. If that separation is fiction at your firm, do not publish the third address.
What should a borrower write about the equipment and the vendor?
The machine, whether it is new or used, and the vendor's name. Send that to equipment@. Do not type a rate. The vendor sends the invoice itself to vendors@. Motus will not invent a dealer program or a logo wall to imply enrollment.
