Ask for time in business, not for an hour-long yes.

Approved in an hour is the sentence this business-loan page has to delete. Speed is not a term. Ask how long the company has traded, what the use of funds is, and which inbox receives the bank statement. packages@ takes the statements. business@ takes the question. borrowers@ takes someone who cannot yet answer time in business. Nobody on this domain is approved by the page.

Delete the hour and ask the real facts

Time in business is a date range the owner can state. Months under a year and years over a decade are both acceptable answers. They are not a score the website computes. Put the question in the first screen, in words, and say that a blank answer means the note is not ready. A countdown clock next to the question recreates the hour claim you just deleted. Take the clock off.

Use of funds is the second fact, written by the owner, not chosen from a happy icon set. Inventory, a payoff, hiring, or a project, named in a sentence. The firm can refuse uses it does not discuss. The page should show that refusal rather than implying every use is welcome. business@ reads the sentence. If the sentence needs attachments, the writer is told to move the file to packages@, where a bank statement belongs.

Bank statements go to the package inbox

A bank statement is a private record. The public page should say where it goes and who is expected to open it, not display a sample with someone else's numbers blurred out. packages@ is that destination. borrowers@ should not receive a PDF of deposits. A form that asks a visitor to upload statements before they have said time in business is collecting paper the desk may not even want.

Say what a useful statement set usually is, only if the firm has a real rule, such as a number of months the firm actually reads. Do not invent three months because a template said three. Do not say the statements will be approved by morning. Motus does not open the PDF, pull a score, or fund the company. The firm opens packages@ and decides whether the paper is even relevant.

Three doors for a business loan note

business@ is the question: time in business, use of funds, and whether the writer is the owner. packages@ is the paper, especially the bank statement. borrowers@ is the person who found the page and cannot yet answer either question without help naming the company. Write the labels as jobs, not as Apply, Get funded, and Chat. Those labels recreate the hour myth in three buttons.

Approval language has a lot of costumes. Pre-qualified, soft yes, likely, conditionally welcome. None of them belong here. The page can say a person reads the note. It cannot say what the person will decide. If the firm later issues something that looks like a decision, that document is the firm's, sent from the firm's mail, under the firm's name. Motus will not preprint it.

Growth fits a business-loan desk that must kill the hour claim, ask time in business, and park every bank statement in packages@ instead of a public upload that says approved.

Questions

Why is approved in an hour wrong for a business loan page?
Because speed is not a term, and the page does not know time in business or the use of funds yet. A clock implies a decision Motus cannot make. Ask the facts. Leave the yes off the screen.
Where should a business bank statement actually be sent?
To packages@, after the owner has stated time in business and the use of funds. borrowers@ should not hold a PDF of deposits. Motus does not open the file or score it. The firm opens the mailbox and decides if the paper matters.
What belongs in the use of funds line on a business loan note?
A sentence the owner writes: inventory, a payoff, hiring, or a project. Not an icon. business@ reads that sentence. If the firm does not discuss a use, the page should say so instead of welcoming every plan.
Can Motus approve a company from the business loan website?
No. Pre-qualified, soft yes, and conditionally welcome are costumes for the same promise. None of them go on the page. A later decision, if one exists, is a document the firm sends from its own mail. This studio will not preprint it.
