Home / Desks / Lending / SBA desks
The site does not file the SBA application.
One borrower expects the website to file, and another arrives with forms already started. Those are different problems. The first needs a clear no: Motus does not file the application, and a government guarantee is not something a homepage can bestow. The second needs packages@ for the stack and sba@ for questions about use of proceeds. borrowers@ is only for someone still naming the business.
A clear no for the person who wants filing
Some visitors arrive sure that a website with SBA in the title will submit their package to the government. The page has to disappoint them on purpose. Say that the desk can help assemble forms the firm already knows, and that submission is not a button here. Say that a government guarantee is a program fact the firm may discuss, not a badge Motus prints. The studio does not file, does not sign, and does not track a government portal login.
The borrower who already started the forms needs a different sentence. Tell them which forms this desk is willing to look at, using the firm's real list, not a dump of every public worksheet. packages@ receives the stack. sba@ receives a question that is still a question, especially use of proceeds that does not match the draft. Mixing a half-built form into the consumer mailbox is how a deadline gets missed.
Use of proceeds is a sentence, not a slogan
Use of proceeds is the part a rushed homepage turns into working capital and equipment icons. Ask the borrower to write the use in words: what will be bought, what will be refinanced, what will be built. The firm decides whether that use is something it can discuss. The page does not decide, and it does not say the government will agree. A mismatch belongs in the email, not in a green checkmark.
Forms are paperwork with names. If the firm helps assemble them, say which ones, and say the borrower still signs what the program requires them to sign. Do not show a progress bar that reads filed. Do not say approved pending government. borrowers@ can collect a business name and a one-line use of proceeds from someone who is not ready for a stack. That note is not an application.
Keep the SBA stack off the consumer line
packages@ is the only address that should receive a thick file. sba@ is for a pointed question: a form the borrower does not understand, or a use of proceeds they cannot phrase. borrowers@ is the shallow door. Publishing this map is the useful part of the page. A single upload box labeled apply now teaches the wrong lesson, which is that the site itself is the lender and the filer.
The government guarantee is not a ribbon in the header. Mention it only to say the firm may discuss programs it actually handles, and that nothing on this domain guarantees a result. Motus will not claim a preferred status, a faster queue, or a relationship that makes approval automatic. If the firm has a disclosure about what it does and does not file, paste that disclosure. Do not let us invent one.
Authority fits an SBA desk that must show a no-filing line, a forms path into packages@, and a separate question line at sba@. The consumer inbox stays shallow.
Motus does not file an SBA application and does not promise a government guarantee.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use sba@, packages@ and borrowers@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Does Motus file an SBA loan application for the visitor?
- No. Motus does not file the application, sign a form, or enter a government portal. The desk, if it helps at all, helps assemble forms the firm already uses. Submission stays with the people who are allowed to submit.
- Where should completed SBA forms be sent for review?
- Send the stack to packages@. A question that is still a question, including a muddy use of proceeds, goes to sba@. borrowers@ is only a business name and a sentence. A thick file in the shallow box is how a deadline slips.
- Can the page promise an SBA government guarantee?
- No. A government guarantee is not a header ribbon and not a result this studio can bestow. The firm may discuss programs it actually handles. Nothing on the domain makes approval automatic, faster, or already decided.
- How should a borrower describe use of proceeds before sending forms?
- In words: what will be bought, refinanced, or built. Icons for working capital are not a description. If the use and the draft disagree, write sba@ before you drop a stack on packages@. The page will not mark the use correct.
