Sort the survey file from the yard file without a loan quote.

A buyer holding a finished survey and a yard holding a construction slot are different files, even though both say marine finance. marine@ can sort them by asking whether the note is about a hull that exists or a hull that is still a slot. Flag and survey belong in the buyer's file. The yard's file is a timing note. Motus does not sort the mail, does not call the hull seaworthy, and does not quote a loan.

Buyers with surveys, yards with slots

The buyer can name the hull, the flag, and whether the survey is already in hand. That file should be labeled before it mixes with a yard that only has a construction slot and a hoped-for delivery month. marine@ is the address that sorts the two, because the firm, not the studio, knows which reader handles which. borrowers@ is the buyer once the note is clearly a buyer. A yard note does not belong there.

The yard's slot is a calendar fact. It names a hull that may not exist yet, a flag that may not be chosen, and no survey. closings@ can hold that timing note once the firm has agreed the project is in a closing path. Until then, marine@ should see it first so a slot update does not bury a survey question from a buyer who is ready to talk. Two clocks, two readers.

No seaworthy stamp and no loan figure

A survey in hand is not a seaworthiness claim the website can repeat. The survey is the buyer's document. The page can ask for its date and who prepared it. It cannot say the hull passed, the hull is sound, or the hull will satisfy a lender. Those sentences are how a finance page starts playing surveyor. Motus will not write them, and it will not quote a loan amount, a payment, or a term beside the boat's name.

Flag is a fact, not a mood. Ask which flag the hull carries, or which flag the yard expects, and stop. Do not rank flags. Do not imply that one flag makes financing easier. The firm may have countries it does not discuss. If so, the firm writes that limit. We will not invent a registry story or a port to make the page feel global. The boat is specific. The page should be too.

Who sorts the marine note, and who must not

marine@ is the firm's sorter. The instruction on the page is: say whether you are a buyer with a survey or a yard with a slot, then write marine@. The firm routes from there to the reader who actually knows the file. Motus does not sit in that inbox and does not decide the route. Publishing our name as the sorter would be a lie about who works the desk. The labels can still be designed by us. The reading is theirs.

borrowers@ should reject a yard update in its first sentence, so a slot does not look like a buyer. closings@ should reject a first survey from someone the firm has never spoken with. Those rejections are copy, not automation that bounces mail. Keep them polite and specific. A person who used the wrong door still gets the right address in the sentence. What they do not get is a loan figure as a consolation for the mix-up.

Growth fits a marine desk that must show marine@ as the firm's sorter for survey buyers and yard slots, with no seaworthiness line and no loan figure anywhere.

Motus is not a lender. We do not quote an APR, promise approval, or take an application.

Questions

How should a marine finance page separate a survey from a slot?
By asking whether the hull exists and a survey is in hand, or whether a yard only has a construction slot. marine@ sorts that, because the firm knows the readers. Motus does not sort the mail and does not quote a loan.
Will the marine page call the hull seaworthy from a survey?
No. A survey is the buyer's document. The page can ask for its date and who prepared it. It cannot say the hull passed or will satisfy a lender. The studio will not play surveyor or print a loan amount beside the boat.
Which inbox should first read a marine flag question?
marine@, with the flag stated as a fact and nothing more. Do not rank flags or imply one of them makes financing easier. borrowers@ is the buyer only after the note is clearly a buyer. A yard update does not belong there.
Can Motus quote a marine finance loan for either file?
No. The studio does not quote a loan, a payment, or a term, and it does not decide seaworthiness. closings@ holds a yard timing note only once the firm has a closing path. A wrong door gets the right address, not a number as consolation.
