A mortgage page that asks for the property, not a yes.
The preapproval letter on the kitchen counter is not a decision this website can repeat. A visitor arrives believing another site already said yes. The honest mortgage page asks which property, which inbox should receive the file, and who at the firm reads loans@. It does not say the borrower is approved. Motus does not take an application, and it does not print an interest rate.
What the preapproval myth leaves out
A printed preapproval from somewhere else is a story about a different file. It names a borrower, a date, and sometimes a figure this firm never reviewed. Putting that letter in the hero makes the page sound like a decision. The mortgage desk should ask for the property address, the occupancy, and whether a processor already has the file. Those facts belong in loans@ or with processors@, not in a banner that says yes.
borrowers@ is for the person who is not sure which documents to send. processors@ is for a file already in motion, where a missing page stalls a closing calendar. Mixing those notes in one public form hides the urgent one. The page can list what a complete package usually contains, using the firm's own checklist. It cannot say the application is in, and Motus will not collect one.
Separate the property question from the rate question
Visitors type an interest rate into the search box because another homepage trained them to. Your page can say the desk discusses rate only after it knows the property, the occupancy, and the loan purpose. That is a sequence, not a quote. A number in the headline becomes the number people repeat to their agent. Leave the number off. The firm can talk about rate in a conversation it controls.
State what the desk will not put on a public screen. No annual percentage figure. No promise that a file will be approved. No claim that Motus reads credit or funds a house. The studio sells the site and the mailboxes on the firm's domain. The license, if one is printed, is a number the firm already holds and sends in writing. We do not obtain it, and we do not sit in a branch.
Where each mortgage note should land
loans@ receives a new property question: address, occupancy, and whether this is a purchase or a refinance of a house the firm already knows how to handle. processors@ receives a file number and the missing page. borrowers@ receives the person who is still gathering pay stubs and does not yet have a property. Three addresses stop a Saturday borrower from burying a processor who is waiting on a title page.
Say, in one short block, what happens after the email arrives. A person at the firm reads it on a business day. The site does not score the file. The site does not reply with a payment. If the firm wants a checklist on the page, the firm writes the checklist. Motus places it. A visitor who needs a human gets a named mailbox, not a button that pretends the answer is instant.
Growth fits a mortgage desk that needs a property form, a processor path, and a borrower path on one domain. Starter is enough only if a single loans@ address can hold every note.
Motus is not a lender. We do not quote an APR, promise approval, or take an application.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use loans@, processors@ and borrowers@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- What should a mortgage desk page ask before it mentions price?
- Ask for the property, the occupancy, and which mailbox should receive the file. Do not print an interest rate or say the borrower is approved. Motus does not take the application. The firm reads loans@ and decides what the conversation is.
- Where does a mortgage processor send a missing page?
- Send a file that is already open to processors@, with the file number and the page that is missing. A new borrower who is still choosing a house writes to borrowers@ or loans@. One public form for both hides the file that is waiting.
- Can this studio approve a home buyer from the website?
- No. Motus publishes the page and the mailboxes. It does not approve a buyer, pull a credit file, or fund a house. Approval, if it ever happens, is a step the firm takes under its own authority, off this marketing site.
- Why is a quoted interest rate a problem on a public mortgage page?
- People repeat the number to an agent as if the firm had offered it. The page can explain that rate talk waits until the property is known. It should not invent a figure. Motus will not put one there.
