A logbook question after hours needs a named inbox
After hours, a logbook question is the note that gets lost if it has no named inbox. It has to reach listings@ or aircraft@ on purpose, not a general box that waits until morning. The page asks total time and registration as the firm recorded them. It does not call the aircraft airworthy. Motus does not sell the aircraft and does not give an airworthiness opinion.
Logbook notes that arrive after the close
A logbook question sent after the desk has closed is easy to lose in a general mailbox. The aircraft page says, in the first screen, that listings@ takes documents and aircraft@ takes a direct question about a specific airframe. The visitor should not have to guess which one is watched. A note with no address is how total time sits unread until the next day.
buyers@ is for a person asking what is offered, not for a stack of pages from a logbook. Splitting those jobs keeps a buyer from receiving someone else's records by mistake. The firm decides what may be shared. Motus does not read a logbook, does not sell the aircraft, and does not offer an airworthiness opinion after hours or at any other time.
Total time and registration from the file
Total time is copied from the figure the firm provides. Registration is copied the same way, including the marks as they were written. We do not update either field from a public register on our own, and we do not smooth a mismatch between the logbook and the listing. A mismatch is the firm's to resolve before the line is published.
Engine time, propeller time, and damage history appear only when the firm wants them public. Blank is allowed. A buyer who needs a missing registration writes buyers@ with the airframe they mean. An owner correcting total time writes listings@. Neither correction is an invitation for Motus to judge whether the aircraft is airworthy.
Airworthiness is not a sentence we write
The aircraft page will not say the airplane is airworthy, legal to fly, or current on any inspection. Those words are an opinion. Motus does not give that opinion, and the website package does not include someone who can. If the firm has a statement it is willing to stand behind, the firm supplies the sentence. We do not improve it.
Sale language stays narrow. The firm may be marketing an aircraft for an owner. The page should say so if that is the arrangement. Motus is not the seller and does not collect a purchase price. A serious buyer writes buyers@. The reply, including any figure, comes from the desk that is allowed to discuss it.
Authority fits an aircraft desk that receives logbook notes after hours at aircraft@ or listings@, and that will not ask Motus for an airworthiness opinion.
Motus does not sell a vessel, an aircraft, or a machine, and does not certify that one is airworthy or seaworthy.

Questions
- Where does an after-hours aircraft logbook question need to go?
- To listings@ if it is a document, or to aircraft@ if it is a direct question about an airframe. A general box is how the note waits until morning. Motus does not give an airworthiness opinion on what the logbook means.
- Can Motus tell a buyer the aircraft is airworthy?
- No. Airworthiness is an opinion this studio does not write. The page can show total time and registration as the firm recorded them. It cannot sell the aircraft or clear it to fly. A person at the desk replies.
- Who corrects total time after the listing is already up?
- The firm does, by writing listings@ with the figure from its file. Motus does not pull a new total time from a public register or smooth a mismatch. Registration corrections use that same address. buyers@ is not the document pile.
- What should a buyer send when asking about a specific airframe?
- The registration, if they have it, and whether they need total time or a logbook question answered. Send that to buyers@ or aircraft@ as the page directs. Do not expect Motus to sell the aircraft or to judge it airworthy.
