A lessor asking for records is not a cabin buyer
A lessor asking for records and a private buyer asking for a cabin photo are not the same arrival. The lessor needs the serial and the lease status the firm is allowed to share. The private buyer, if this desk even takes that call, is sent to a different path. fleet@ and leasing@ stay apart. The page states no value and no airworthiness.
Lessor records are not a cabin inquiry
A lessor writes because a record is missing or a redelivery item needs a named recipient. That person is not shopping for a private cabin. records@ is the address for the packet. leasing@ is the address for the lease question that surrounds the packet. Putting both jobs on fleet@ is how a records request sits behind a sales thread.
A private buyer, if the firm even accepts that inquiry, is told this desk is built around airline aircraft and lease records. The page does not offer a cabin tour as the main path. fleet@ can receive an operator question about aircraft the firm already represents. It should not be the dumping ground for every serial number a stranger found in a photograph.
Serial and lease status in the firm's words
Serial is printed only as the firm wrote it. Lease status is a short label the firm chooses, such as on lease or available for a conversation, and only when that label is true. We do not infer a lease from a livery, and we do not attach a value to the serial. No value is stated on this page by Motus.
Records that support the serial, including status summaries the firm is willing to show, are requested through records@ rather than pasted into a homepage carousel. A missing record stays missing until the firm supplies it. Motus does not reconstruct a back-to-birth file and does not call the airplane airworthy because a serial looks complete.
fleet@ and leasing@ do different work
fleet@ is where an operator asks about aircraft the firm already speaks for. leasing@ is where a lease question goes, including a request to see how a serial is currently placed. The two inboxes are printed as two lines, not as one friendly alias. A lessor who needs the paper trail is sent onward to records@ so the lease thread does not swallow the file.
The page states no market value, no rent, and no airworthiness finding. Should the operator already have a number it will defend in a private reply, that number is not invented here and not displayed as a teaser. Airline aircraft marketing, when the firm does it, stays inside the records the firm actually holds. Motus does not sell the airframe.
Authority fits an airline aircraft desk that keeps a lessor's records request on records@ and a lease question on leasing@, away from fleet@.
Motus does not sell a vessel, an aircraft, or a machine, and does not certify that one is airworthy or seaworthy.

Questions
- How is an airline aircraft lessor different from a private buyer?
- A lessor is asking for records or lease status on a serial. A private buyer is asking about a cabin. fleet@ and leasing@ stay apart, and records@ holds the packet. The page states no value and no airworthiness.
- Which address receives airline aircraft records from a lessor?
- records@ receives the packet. leasing@ receives the lease question around it. fleet@ is for an operator asking about aircraft the firm already represents. Motus does not reconstruct a file or assign a value to the serial.
- Will the page attach a market value to a serial?
- No. No value, rent, or airworthiness finding is stated by Motus. Lease status is a label the firm chooses only when it is true. A figure the firm will honor stays in a private reply, not as a teaser.
- What keeps a records request out of the fleet inbox?
- Printing records@, leasing@, and fleet@ as separate lines, with the job of each written beside it. A lessor who needs paper is pointed at records@ on purpose. Motus does not sell the airframe and does not call it airworthy.
