Dealers and farmers before harvest are different clocks

A dealer and a farmer selling before harvest arrive with different clocks and should not use one form. Season is why the reply cannot wait. The page asks hours and whether the machine is a combine with a separator the firm can describe. It does not print a price. Motus does not set the number a farmer should take.

Dealer forms and farmer forms stay different

A dealer writing dealers@ is usually talking about several machines, a trade, or a line the dealer already represents. A farmer writing farm@ before harvest is usually talking about one machine that needs to move this season. One form with a single comments box makes those notes look alike. The farm equipment page splits them at the first question.

inspections@ sits beside both paths because either person may attach a report. The report is not graded on the site. The page says who should use which address and what happens if the note is about hours on a combine rather than about a whole dealership lot. Motus does not set the price either party should accept.

Separator detail and hours from the seller

When the machine is a combine, separator hours are a separate fact from engine hours if the seller knows both. The page asks for them as two fields, not as one vague meter. If the seller knows only one figure, only that figure is shown. We do not copy engine hours into the separator line to avoid an empty box.

Other farm equipment uses the hour field that actually exists on that machine. A tractor is not given a separator line. A header is not given a tractor's hours. The label matches the unit. inspections@ can receive the sheet that supports the number. The public line still uses the seller's figure, not a correction Motus felt was more believable.

Season is why the farm reply cannot wait

Season is the reason a farmer's note cannot sit until a monthly update. Harvest, planting, or the slack weeks the firm actually cares about should be named if the firm wants the page to set expectations. The sentence is about timing of a human reply, not about a promise that a machine will be ready for a field. Motus does not promise readiness and does not quote a price.

dealers@ during a busy season still needs a distinct path, because a dealer moving several units is not the same urgency as one farmer and one combine. The page can say which address is checked on which days, using only the schedule the firm keeps. We will not paint a harvest hotline the firm does not answer. farm@ is printed next to that honest schedule.

Starter fits a farm equipment desk that separates dealers@ from a farmer writing farm@ during season, when a slow reply misses the machine.

Motus does not sell a vessel, an aircraft, or a machine, and does not certify that one is airworthy or seaworthy.

Questions

Why should a farm dealer and a farmer use different forms?
A dealer is often writing about several machines. A farmer before harvest is often writing about one machine this season. Season is why the reply cannot wait. dealers@ and farm@ stay apart. Motus does not set the price.
How are separator hours shown on farm equipment?
On a combine they are a separate field from engine hours when the seller knows both. A tractor does not get a separator line. The public figure stays the seller's. inspections@ can hold the sheet that supports it.
What makes a harvest note different from a dealer lot note?
The harvest note is one farmer and one machine, and it cannot wait on a monthly update. The dealer note may cover several units through dealers@. The page can print the firm's real schedule. It will not invent a hotline.
Does Motus quote a price for a combine before harvest?
No. Motus does not quote a price or promise the machine is ready for a field. Hours and separator detail are shown as the seller stated them. The reply comes from the farm desk, at farm@ or dealers@ as appropriate.
