Title and inspection notes for a sale desk, not a carrier
When a dealer writes at dusk, a title question and a DOT inspection question are the two notes that get lost in one shared box. Those two questions are how the dealer decides whether to answer. This page is a sale desk for trucks and trailers, not a trucking company and not a claim that Motus runs a fleet. Mileage is asked as the seller stated it. Hauling freight belongs on a different site.
Title questions and inspection questions split
A title question and a DOT inspection question tell a dealer whether the unit is worth a reply. They are not the same attachment and they should not share one quiet inbox. trucks@ can take a power unit. trailers@ can take a trailer. dealers@ can take the dealer who is asking about either. The truck and trailer page labels those doors so the dusk note is sortable in the morning.
What gets lost, when the addresses are missing, is the order of the file: title status in one place, DOT inspection status in another, mileage somewhere in the signature. The page asks the sender to put each fact in the matching note. This is a sale desk. It is not a trucking company, and it does not claim a fleet that hauls freight.
Mileage as the seller wrote it down
Mileage is printed as the seller stated it, with the date of that statement if the firm has one. We do not estimate miles from the year of the truck, and we do not round to a cleaner number. A trailer that has no odometer is not given a truck's miles. The field is left off or marked as not provided, using the firm's preferred phrase.
Title status uses the words the firm supplies: in hand, pending, or whatever short label is accurate. DOT inspection status uses the same discipline. The page can say a document was provided to dealers@. It cannot say the document means the truck is fit for the road. That reading is not part of a website build, and Motus will not invent it.
A sale desk, not a trucking company
Hauling freight is a different site. This page is a sale desk for trucks and trailers the firm already offers. It does not describe lanes, dispatch, or a fleet. Motus does not haul and does not own the units. If the customer also runs trucks, that story belongs on a transportation site, with facts the customer can support.
Photos of a truck or a trailer are used when the firm has the right to show them. We do not scrape a dealer group or a classified board to stock the page. A price, if shown, is one the firm will honor. Motus will not invent the price and will not describe the company as a carrier to make the sale look larger.
Starter fits a truck and trailer sale desk that answers title and DOT inspection notes at trucks@, trailers@, and dealers@, without pretending to haul freight.
Motus does not sell a vessel, an aircraft, or a machine, and does not certify that one is airworthy or seaworthy.

Questions
- What two questions tell a dealer whether to answer about a truck?
- A title question and a DOT inspection question. Mileage as the seller stated it belongs with them. Those notes should reach trucks@, trailers@, or dealers@ on purpose. This is a sale desk, not a trucking company.
- Is a trailer page the same thing as a trucking company site?
- No. Hauling freight is a different site. This page does not describe lanes, dispatch, or a fleet. Motus does not haul the freight and does not own the units. Title, mileage, and DOT inspection status are the sale-desk facts.
- How is mileage printed when the seller states an odd figure?
- As the seller wrote it, with the date if the firm has one. We do not round it or estimate miles from the model year. A trailer without an odometer is not given a truck's miles. The field can say not provided.
- Will listings be scraped from a classified board onto the sale desk?
- No. Photos are used when the firm has the right to show them. A number appears only after that seller commits to it in writing. This studio will not fabricate the number or describe the company as a carrier.
