Say lease or sale, and drop the per-diem headline

A per-diem rate in the headline is the sentence a railcar site gets wrong. The page should say whether the desk leases or sells, and it should say where a shop question goes. Car type is the fact that sorts the lead. Lease terms, if any, are the firm's to state. Motus does not invent a rate, a mileage charge, or a shop's availability.

Lease or sale stated without a per-diem

The page's first job is to say whether this railcar desk leases, sells, or does both in separate sections. A visitor who needs a lease should see leasing@ without hunting. A visitor with a shop question should see shops@. railcars@ remains the general door. None of those lines is a per-diem. The per-diem, if the firm has one it will honor, is a reply, not a headline.

Motus does not invent a rate, a mileage charge, or a storage number to make the railcar page look busy. We also do not copy a rate off someone else's board. If the firm later withdraws a figure it had approved, the figure comes down. The standing text can live without it. Car type and the right inbox are enough for an honest card.

Car type sorts the railcar inquiry

Car type is the question that should lead the form: tank, hopper, box, flat, or the types the firm actually handles, named by the firm. A generic rail picture with no car type forces railcars@ to ask the obvious question by hand. The page asks it first. Types the firm does not handle are omitted rather than listed for the sake of a longer menu.

A lease inquiry about a car type goes to leasing@ with that type in the subject the form builds from the answer. A sale inquiry stays on railcars@ unless the firm has given sale its own address. The page does not pretend every type is available in every corridor. Availability is whatever the firm last confirmed, and it can be a short list.

Shop questions have their own address

A shop question is about repair, a program, or a car sitting at a shop, and it is not a request for a per-diem. shops@ is printed for that question. Mixing it into leasing@ hides mechanical notes inside commercial ones. The railcar page says what to include: car type, identifying marks the firm already uses, and the shop name if the sender knows it.

Motus does not schedule the shop, quote the shop, or claim a relationship with a shop the firm has not named. If no shop path exists, the page does not invent one. Lease language and shop language stay in different paragraphs so a reader can tell which door they need. The rate, again, is not filled in by this studio.

Growth fits a railcar desk that states lease or sale in plain language and sends shop work to shops@ instead of inventing a per-diem.

Motus does not sell a vessel, an aircraft, or a machine, and does not certify that one is airworthy or seaworthy.

Questions

Why is a per-diem the wrong sentence on a railcar site?
Because Motus does not invent a rate. The page should say whether the desk leases or sells, and it should point shop questions to shops@. Car type sorts the lead. A rate, if any, is the firm's reply.
Which address should receive a railcar shop question?
shops@ receives it. leasing@ is for a lease. railcars@ is the general door. A shop note is not a request for a per-diem. Motus does not schedule the shop or quote a rate for it.
How does car type change the way a lease inquiry is routed?
The form leads with car type and can place that type where leasing@ will see it. Types the firm does not handle are left off the menu. The page does not claim every type is free in every corridor.
Will Motus copy a daily rate from another board?
No. Motus does not invent a rate and does not copy one from someone else's board. If the firm withdraws a figure it had approved, the figure comes down. Car type and the inbox can carry the card.
