Candidates and brands use different forms. No earnings line.
A candidate comparing territories and a brand staffer expanding a territory arrive with different forms and different risks. The candidate needs to know a disclosure document exists and where to request it. The brand needs candidates@ kept apart from brands@. Motus will not say what a location earns, will not hint at an award, and does not sell the franchise.
Candidates and brands use different forms
A candidate is asking whether a brand will consider them for a territory. A brand is asking the desk to help expand that territory. The same form insults both. candidates@ should ask for background the candidate is willing to share, and it should stop before earnings. brands@ should ask which brand and which kind of territory conversation this is. franchise@ remains the door for a note that is not yet either. Motus builds the split. We do not award a territory.
Do not let the candidate form include a field for expected income. That field is an earnings claim waiting for a number. Leave it off, including the version that says results vary and then asks the person to dream. brands@ does not need the candidate's dream either. The brand needs to know the territory question is real. A person at the firm connects the two sides, if anyone does. The page does not connect them automatically.
The disclosure document is a request
The disclosure document is the object's name on this desk. The page can say that a candidate may request it and that the firm will follow whatever process the brand requires before sending it. The page cannot summarize the document, quote an item from it, or substitute a friendlier brochure. candidates@ is the request. Motus will not host the file, and we will not decide that a candidate is entitled to receive it.
Brand staff sending an updated disclosure document use brands@, not the candidate inbox. A new version sitting in candidates@ will be treated like a lead and ignored, or worse, forwarded to the wrong person. State the address in the same paragraph that names the document. Two sentences, no more, are enough. We do not interpret the document, and we do not tell a candidate that the brand will accept them.
Territory talk without an earnings line
Territory can be discussed as a map the brand defines, a population the brand cares about, or a boundary in a contract. It cannot be discussed as a promised book of business. The page may ask which territory the candidate has in mind. It may not answer with a sales projection, a payback, or an award the brand did not approve. franchise@ can receive the territory name. The reply comes from the firm, after someone has looked.
A brand expanding territory writes brands@ with the markets it is willing to name. Those names are the brand's to give. Motus will not suggest cities, and we will not decorate the page with pins. If no territory is currently open, the page should be able to say that without offering a consolation earnings story. Closed is a complete sentence. candidates@ still accepts an introduction for later, clearly marked as later.
Growth fits a franchise desk that needs two forms, a disclosure document request, and a territory field with no earnings claim beside it.

Questions
- Why do franchise candidates and brands need different forms?
- Because a candidate is asking to be considered for a territory, and a brand is asking about expanding one. candidates@ stops before earnings. brands@ asks which brand and which territory conversation. franchise@ is the note that is not yet either. Motus does not award anything.
- What can a franchise page say about territory and earnings?
- It can say a disclosure document may be requested and can ask which territory the candidate means. It cannot project sales, payback, or an award. Motus will not put an income field on the form or suggest cities the brand did not name.
- Where does a disclosure document request get sent?
- To candidates@ when a candidate is requesting it, and to brands@ when brand staff are sending an updated file. The page does not summarize the disclosure document or host it. Motus will not decide that someone is entitled to receive a copy.
- Will Motus promise what a franchise location will earn?
- Nothing is promised, and the page will not hint. Territory is a boundary the brand defines, not a promised book of business. Closed, when nothing is open, is a complete answer. candidates@ can hold an introduction marked for later. Motus will not invent earnings to soften that.
