Tenant sales notes and landlord co-tenancy notes split here.

Midweek, a tenant's sales question and a landlord's co-tenancy question arrive and blur if they share one inbox. Frontage can be answered as a measurement the desk already has. Future sales cannot be answered as a forecast. retail@, tenants@, and landlords@ keep those notes apart. Motus builds the routes. We do not predict what a shop will ring up, and we do not lease the storefront.

Sales notes are not a forecast

A tenant asking whether a corner does volume is asking for a prediction. The page should refuse it in the form itself, not after a person has already been encouraged. Ask what kind of sales question they have: their own history, a landlord's reported history, or a hope. Only the first two can even be discussed, and only if someone has the document. Future sales stay off the reply template.

retail@ can take a note that is not yet clearly a tenant or a landlord. tenants@ is for the occupier. landlords@ is for the ownership side, including co-tenancy. Motus will route the form that way. We will not estimate a store's receipts, a percentage rent, or a typical sales number for the block. If the desk has a real figure from a party allowed to share it, the desk shares it in private, not on the homepage.

Co-tenancy belongs with landlords

A co-tenancy question is about who else is obligated to be in the center and what happens if they leave. That is a landlord document question, sometimes a tenant worry, and never a public slogan. landlords@ should be named next to it. Dropping the question into retail@ and hoping is how it gets answered with a guess. The page can define the term in one sentence and then point at the inbox.

Tenants writing about their own co-tenancy fear still use tenants@, because the fear is theirs and the file may already exist. The landlord's copy of the clause uses landlords@. Say that split out loud on the page. Motus will not summarize a lease clause we have not been given, and we will not tell a visitor that an anchor is safe. The firm answers only when it has the clause in front of it.

Frontage is a measurement

Frontage is feet of glass or feet of street, a number someone measured. The page may repeat a number the owner already published. It may not turn a rough description into a precise claim, and it may not call a frontage prime because the word sounds expensive. Ask the visitor what frontage they need. Record it as their need. The reply, from a person, says whether anything the desk can discuss is even in range.

Photographs of a facade are frontage claims too. Use one only when the owner allowed that image. A stock storefront is a false address. Motus will not paste one in. tenants@ can receive a tenant who wants to describe the frontage they need. landlords@ can receive an owner correcting a measurement. Those are both legitimate notes, and they should not share a thread.

Growth fits a retail desk that separates tenant sales questions from landlord co-tenancy notes and will not print a forecast or a borrowed storefront.

Motus is not a real-estate licensee. We do not list a property, quote a price, or promise a closing.

Questions

Where should a retail tenant's sales question be sent?
To tenants@ if they are the occupier, or to retail@ if the note is not yet clearly either side. The form should ask whether they mean their own history or a forecast. Motus will not answer with a predicted sales figure.
How does a retail property page handle co-tenancy mail?
Landlord copies of the clause go to landlords@. A tenant's own fear about the clause goes to tenants@. The page defines co-tenancy in one sentence and names those doors. Motus will not summarize a lease the firm did not provide.
What can the site say about frontage without guessing?
It can repeat a measurement the owner already published, and it can record what frontage a visitor says they need. It cannot upgrade a rough description or call the glass prime. Motus will not paste a stock storefront over the silence.
May Motus forecast a shop's future sales on the page?
No. Future sales are a forecast, and this page refuses them in the form rather than in a footnote. A figure the desk holds from someone allowed to share it stays in a private reply. Motus will not put a typical block number on the site.
