Brand staff and owners selling keys use different inboxes.
A brand representative and an owner who is selling the keys arrive as different calls and should see that on the first screen. hotels@ can sort a general note. brands@ is for flag and brand questions. offerings@ is for a keys conversation the owner is willing to have. Motus names those doors. We do not invent occupancy, we do not print RevPAR, and we do not sell the hotel.
Brand staff are not the seller
A flag question is about standards, agreements, and who may use the name. An owner selling keys is about a transaction. Those callers should not reach the same person by accident. brands@ is printed next to flag and brand language. offerings@ is printed next to any sentence about a sale of keys. hotels@ remains the unsorted door. Motus can make the labels impossible to miss. We do not speak for the brand.
If the firm represents only owners and never talks to brands, say that, and do not print brands@ as if it were a back door into a chain. Empty mailboxes that imply a relationship are a problem. The page lists the inboxes the firm will actually read. Motus will not add a brand logo to suggest an affiliation the firm does not have.
Keys mean a sale conversation
Keys, on this desk, means the owner is exploring a transfer of the hotel, not that a guest needs a room. The page has to say that in ordinary language so a traveler does not book through offerings@. A traveler with a reservation problem is not the client. Say where reservations are not handled. Then tell an owner how to start a keys conversation without putting the property's performance on the public page.
Performance language is the trap. Occupancy and RevPAR are easy to invent and hard to walk back. Leave both off unless the owner already released the figures in writing the firm may forward, and even then link that writing rather than retyping the figures into a headline. Motus will not type them. offerings@ can receive a request to see what the owner already cleared.
Which call uses which inbox
The first screen can be a three-line chooser. Brand or flag standards go to brands@. A keys or offering question goes to offerings@. Anything else that is still about the hotel desk goes to hotels@. That chooser is the site. Extra pages that profile individual hotels as if they were listings are how a quiet sale becomes a public one. Do not add them for atmosphere.
There is no clients@ on this desk, and the page should not borrow the residential tour form. A brand representative does not want a showing calendar. An owner does not want a public open house. Motus will build the chooser and the three addresses. We will not staff a reservations line, quote a night's rate, or claim a flag the firm is not retained to discuss.
Growth fits a hotel desk that must show brand staff and owners selling keys two different doors, with no occupancy line on the page.
Motus is not a real-estate licensee. We do not list a property, quote a price, or promise a closing.

Questions
- Which inbox should a hotel brand representative use?
- brands@, which is also the door for a flag question. hotels@ is only the unsorted note. An owner exploring a sale of keys uses offerings@ instead. Motus prints those labels. We do not speak for the brand and we do not add a logo the firm was not given.
- How does a hospitality page separate a keys sale?
- offerings@ is the keys conversation. The page says, in ordinary language, that this is not a guest reservation. A traveler should be told the site does not book rooms. Motus will not print occupancy or RevPAR to make a sale of keys look measured.
- What does flag mean on a hotel desk website?
- It means the brand standards and name questions that belong at brands@, not a guest amenity list. The page should use the word so the right caller self-selects. Motus will not claim a flag the firm is not retained to discuss.
- Can the page state occupancy or a RevPAR figure?
- No. Both stay off the page unless the owner published them in a document the firm may pass on, and even then the document is passed rather than retyped into a headline. Motus will not invent either figure.
