A privacy question is the visitor this page expects

When a privacy question arrives after a demo, the lawful limit gets lost if privacy@ is buried under a sales address. data@ can describe a business information product the firm already has the right to sell. clients@ is the client. The page will not explain a collection method, will not describe scraping, and does not offer a surveillance product.

A privacy question arrives and must not get lost

The visitor this page must expect is the person asking a privacy question. Put privacy@ in the first screen, not in a footer. A demo request can wait at data@. A question about what the firm is allowed to sell cannot wait in that same pile, because the lawful limit is what gets lost when sales mail is louder.

Say, in the firm's words, what the product is: business information the company already has the right to sell. Do not decorate it with a story about how records were gathered. Motus will not explain a collection method. The page refuses that request in the same block as the product sentence, so the refusal is not easy to miss.

Lawful business information is the only product

Lawful is the constraint, not a sticker. The page may describe a business information product the firm already sells and has the right to sell. It may name fields the firm already lists publicly. It may not explain buying personal information, scraping a site, or building a file on a private person. Those are not product features.

An existing customer writes clients@ about the contract they already signed. A stranger asking for a dump of people is not that client. data@ should say no to that ask and point at the refusal. No sample file on the page should contain personal information this studio invented or harvested.

The page will not explain a collection method

Motus will not explain a collection method. That sentence stays on the page in those words. It covers the how, including any how that starts with collecting, buying, or scraping personal information. The studio also does not offer a surveillance product, a tracking kit, or a way to watch a person.

What remains is narrow on purpose. privacy@ answers the privacy question. data@ describes the lawful business information product, if the firm has one it may sell. clients@ serves the existing client. Nothing in the three boxes teaches acquisition. If a sentence explains a source, a scrape, or a purchase of personal information, delete the sentence.
