Club notes and brand notes stay off the athlete inbox
A representation letter sits on the visitor's desk before a club or a brand should write. The club uses clubs@. The brand uses brands@. Neither should use athletes@, which is for the person the firm already represents. The page says the firm already represents people. Motus does not promise a contract and does not invent stats.
A club should not use the athlete inbox
A club writing about a roster need is not writing to the athlete. clubs@ is that door. athletes@ is for the person the firm already represents, or for a person asking how representation works with this firm. If those notes share a mailbox, a private athlete thread picks up a club negotiation, and that mix is the mistake.
Say, in one line, that the firm already represents people and that a new conversation is not a signed deal. Do not list trophies, speeds, or totals this studio looked up. If a stat appears, the firm supplied it and the firm stands behind it. Motus does not invent a stat line to make the page look busy.
A brand note needs its own address
A brand asking about a campaign writes brands@, not athletes@ and not clubs@. The brand question is about a commercial use. The club question is about a sporting relationship. Those are different papers. The page should say so above the three addresses so a publicist does not default to the athlete's inbox.
Representation is the firm's existing work, described without a promise that the next contract will close. Do not write that an athlete will join a club or accept a brand. The page can explain which inbox starts which conversation. It cannot forecast the result, and it cannot borrow numbers from a season the firm did not hand over.
Representation is not a contract promise
Print the word representation as a description of people the firm already represents, not as a funnel that guarantees a signing. A visitor who wants to know whether the firm represents someone in a given sport should see how to ask, and should see that the answer comes from the firm. Motus does not confirm a roster it was not given.
clubs@ and brands@ stay labeled even if the firm is small and one person reads all three. The label is the point. It tells the writer which subject belongs in the note. athletes@ remains the athlete door. A contract promise anywhere on the page would overrule those labels, so it does not appear.
Starter fits a sports agent desk that must keep athletes@, clubs@, and brands@ apart so representation is never printed as a contract promise.

Questions
- Where should a sports club send a roster note?
- Send it to clubs@. Do not send it to athletes@. brands@ is for a brand, not a club. The page can say the firm already represents people. Motus does not promise a contract and does not invent stats to decorate the note.
- Which address should a sports brand use for a campaign?
- brands@ is the brand address. athletes@ stays with the athlete. clubs@ stays with the club. A campaign question is not a reason to write the athlete directly. Motus will not promise the person will agree to the campaign or quote a stat it invented.
- Does a sports agent page promise a contract will be signed?
- No. Representation on the page means the firm already represents people. It is not a promise that a contract will be signed with a club or a brand. The three inboxes only show where each kind of note should start.
- Can Motus add stats to a sports agent profile?
- No. Motus does not invent stats. If a number appears, the firm supplied it. The public page is the map of athletes@, clubs@, and brands@. A contract result is not something this studio forecasts or decorates.
