A weekend booking needs a named inbox
When a weekend booking arrives, availability and the usage question get lost if bookings@ is not named on the page. A buyer writing buyers@ is not the same note as a hold on someone's calendar. Usage is a question for the firm, not a grant from this studio. Motus does not promise that any person will sign.
A weekend booking dies without a named inbox
A request that lands on Saturday dies in a general inbox that nobody opens until Monday. Name bookings@ in the first screen and say it is the address for dates. talent@ can take a slower introduction. If the page only offers a contact form, the weekend note has nowhere obvious to go, and the date is what disappears.
Write what a booking note must contain: the date, the city the buyer already has in mind, and whether availability is the question. Do not add a line that the person is confirmed. Confirmation is the firm's later reply, not a sentence the website carries in advance of that reply.
Usage is a question rather than a grant
Usage rights are a question the buyer must ask, not a grant this studio prints. Say that usage is discussed with the firm and is not included merely because a page exists. buyers@ can receive the buyer who is asking what usage would even mean. The answer, if any, comes from the firm after it looks at the request.
Do not paste a blanket usage paragraph that sounds like a license. A license has a scope the firm sets, if the firm sets one. The page can list the questions the firm already asks: where the work runs, how long, and who the buyer is. Motus does not sign that paper and does not promise a person will.
Availability belongs with bookings not a promise
Availability belongs at bookings@, written as open, held, or unknown, and only when the firm already knows. An empty calendar widget that implies open dates is a promise. Take it off. talent@ is not the place to park a same-week date, because that address is the slower introduction, not the weekend watch.
A buyer who wants a name attached to a campaign writes buyers@ and waits. Nothing on the page should say the person will agree. Motus does not promise a signature. The firm represents who it represents, and the page may say so only in the firm's own words, without a guarantee of a yes.
Authority fits a talent desk that must keep bookings@ visible for weekend dates and must treat usage as a question, not a signature Motus can promise.
Motus does not provide the specialist service in the headline. We publish the site and connect the email.

Questions
- Where should a talent booking request go on a weekend?
- Send it to bookings@, which the page should name where a Saturday reader can see it. talent@ is the slower introduction. buyers@ is the buyer asking about a campaign. Motus does not promise that the person will sign or that the date is free.
- Is usage on a talent page already granted to the buyer?
- No. Usage is a question, not a grant from this studio. The buyer writes buyers@ and asks what usage would mean. The firm answers after it reads the request. A page paragraph is not a license and is not a promise anyone will agree.
- Who confirms entertainment availability for a named date?
- Only the firm, after it reads the note at bookings@. The page may show how to ask about availability. It may not show the person as confirmed, and it may not promise a signature. talent@ is the wrong box for a same-week date.
- Can Motus promise a person in entertainment will sign?
- No. Motus does not promise that any person will sign. The page names bookings@, talent@, and buyers@, and it keeps usage as a question. Agreement, if it happens, is the firm's work after the right inbox has the note.
