Pick a name you can say on the phone

Short, spelled the way dispatch already says it, and close to the legal name or the DBA. Hyphens and clever misspellings fail when a broker types what they heard. If the exact name is taken, a clear addition such as the city or 'transport' is better than a string of letters.

If you already own the domain, we use it. If you do not, we check it and tell you the registrar's fee before anyone buys it. Domain registration is not buried inside the $274. You should see that number.

Put the site and the mail on the same name

yourcompany.com should open the site. [email protected] should reach a person. safety@ and billing@ should not bounce. A site on one domain and email on another looks like two companies, and packets get rejected for less.

We do not sell you a subdomain of our own site. You own the name. After payment, the site is yours. Hosting for the first year is included, then $150 a year.

What we will not do with the domain

We will not point your mail at a server you did not approve. We will not ask you to hand over a Motus login so we can 'match' the Company Official email. If your FMCSA company official address changes, that is your filing on motus.dot.gov, not a side effect of a website.

We will not invent a local office in a state where you have no yard. The domain can serve a Texas carrier or a Maine carrier from the same studio. The address on the site is your address.
