A driver recruiting page that is not a second inbox
Drivers search the company before they call. Dispatch should not be the one reading applications between check calls. A recruiting page and a recruiting@ address split the two jobs. Motus builds that page from the pay, home time, and equipment you actually offer.
Say the job in the first screen
Lane or region, trailer type, home time, and how to apply. If pay is a range you are willing to publish, publish it. If you are not, do not invent a CPM to look competitive. Drivers compare notes.
CDL class, endorsements you require, and whether the truck is a company truck or a lease should be visible. Hidden answers become angry phone calls.
Keep hiring mail out of dispatch
recruiting@ the company domain, printed on the page and in the ad. Applications to a personal Gmail look like a posting that will vanish. The website package does not include a full applicant-tracking system. That software is scoped if you need it. The page and the mailbox are part of the launch.
Do not buy drivers with a fake fleet
No stock drivers presented as your team. No '500 trucks' if you run twelve. A small fleet can hire if the page is specific. A large claim with no yard photo cannot.
Growth ($597) fits a fleet that needs equipment, lanes, a proof section, and a faster launch. Add it to Starter only if hiring is the main reason for the site.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Send intake if you would rather talk first.
Questions
- Do you run the ads too?
- The page and the email are in the website launch. Paid ads are a separate conversation. We will not start ad spend inside a $274 site.
- Can drivers apply in Spanish?
- Yes, if that is a page you want written. Tell us on the intake. We do not machine-translate the rest of the site and hope.
- Is this a job board?
- No. It is your company's page. We do not post your opening on a national board unless that is a separate, quoted job.
- What about owner-operator recruiting?
- Say the split, the trailer, and who pays the fuel. The page for hiring company drivers and the page for recruiting owner-operators should not be the same paragraph.
