The life page starts with the beneficiary form.
A beneficiary form is the paper on the visitor's desk, half filled and easy to get wrong. The life page should ask for that form and for who should receive underwriting questions. It should not choose an amount of cover, and it should not run a needs analysis. Motus will not pick the number and will not print a price. underwriting@ is for exam timing, and clients@ is for someone already on the books.
The beneficiary form is the object
Put the form, or a clear request for it, ahead of any calculator. Ask who the beneficiary is supposed to be, in the visitor's words, and whether a prior form is already signed. life@ can receive a general question from someone who is not sure which door they need. A half-finished designation sent only to a generic box is how the wrong name lingers unseen.
Do not offer a quiz that ends in a recommended amount. That quiz is a needs analysis, and Motus will not perform one. The firm may describe the life lines it already places, such as term or a permanent contract, only if those words are true. Leave the amount as a question the desk asks after a person talks, not as a result glowing on the screen.
Exams go to underwriting, not the homepage
Some applications need an exam and some do not, and the website does not know which from a name and an age alone. Say that underwriting@ handles exam timing, the vendor the firm already uses, and the papers that follow. Do not embed a clinic map this studio invented. Do not tell a visitor to fast, to skip a medication, or to expect a medical conclusion from the page.
People who already have a contract should not use the new-application path for a beneficiary change if the firm treats those jobs differently. Name clients@ for that existing-client mail. A new amount of cover and a change to an old form are different jobs with different readers. The navigation should say so in one line under each address.
Amount of cover stays off the banner
Visitors arrive wanting a number. The honest response is a short list of facts the desk will ask: who depends on the person, what the form already says, and whether an exam is pending. Motus will not translate those facts into an amount. A sample price beside a sample amount is two inventions, and both come off the hero before launch.
If the firm refuses to talk outside a band it truly uses, that band has to be the firm's own rule, written by the firm. We will not supply a range to make the page look finished. Health and benefits links can sit low on the page for readers who were never life shoppers, without mixing a diagnosis into this form. The life page collects a form and a mailbox, then stops.
Growth fits a life desk that splits life@, underwriting@, and clients@ around the beneficiary form. Starter fits when one mailbox still receives both new forms and exam questions.
Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use life@, underwriting@ and clients@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Where should a life insurance beneficiary form be sent?
- Send the form to life@ if you are starting, and to clients@ if the firm already has you on the books and told you to use that door. Say who the beneficiary is supposed to be, in your own words. Motus will not complete the designation or choose an amount of cover for you.
- Will the life insurance site choose an amount of cover?
- No. Choosing an amount is a needs analysis, and Motus will not run one or print a price next to a guess. The desk asks its questions after a person is actually in the conversation. The page only refuses the calculator and points at life@ or clients@.
- Which life insurance address handles an exam appointment?
- underwriting@ handles exam timing and the papers that follow, using the vendor the firm already named. The site does not tell you to fast, to skip a medication, or to expect a medical conclusion. It also does not predict what the exam will mean for the application.
- Can Motus say a life insurance beneficiary change is finished?
- No. The page can show where the form goes and what clients@ is for. Finishing a designation is the firm's work on the firm's own file. A website receipt is not that change. Motus will not print a premium beside the receipt either.
