Separate card receipts from a merchant who already has an advance.

One merchant arrives with card receipts and another merchant arrives already carrying an existing advance. Those files are different risks, and they should not share a form that asks for a factor rate. advances@ can hear a new receipt story. statements@ can take the paper. merchants@ can hear from someone who needs to say an advance is already in place. Motus does not advance funds, and it will not print a price.

Two merchants, two very different risks

Card receipts tell a story about recent sales. An existing advance tells a story about money already spoken for. A form that asks both people for the same fields will under-ask the second and over-trust the first. The page should say, in the firm's words, that an existing advance has to be disclosed before anyone talks, and that card receipts alone are not a decision. Disclosure is a sentence to merchants@, not a checkbox that says clear.

This product is not offered everywhere, and the page should not pretend it is. Say that the firm discusses a cash advance only where it may legally do so, and that a visitor's place is the firm's question, not a flag we add. Motus does not determine that legality and does not advance funds in any place. If the firm cannot say where it operates, the page should not invent a map.

Leave the factor rate off the public screen

A factor rate is the number merchants were trained to hunt. Publishing one, or a band around one, is quoting. Do not borrow a figure from a competitor screenshot. Do not say the rate is low, fair, or better than a loan. The page can say the firm will not discuss price until card receipts and any existing advance are in the right mailboxes. That is a sequence. It is not a teaser.

statements@ is where card receipts and processor exports go, because that paper is not a narrative. advances@ is where a merchant who believes they are new describes the business without attaching a dump of tickets. If both attachments and essays land in one box, the existing-advance disclosure gets skipped. Say that skipping it is a reason to stop, not a clever way to look cleaner. The firm sets that rule. The site only repeats it.

Receipts, statements, and the merchant's own words

merchants@ is the right door for a person who needs to confess an existing advance in ordinary language. Do not force that confession into a comments field under a receipt upload. People skip comments fields. A labeled address is harder to miss. The reply, when the firm writes one, should not contain a factor rate just because the merchant asked. Asking is not a reason for the website to have pre-written the number.

Hold the line on what this studio is. Motus sells the site and the mailboxes. It does not advance funds, purchase receipts, or become the merchant's funder. A testimonial about a fast wire is a claim we will not invent and would rather not place. If the firm has a real client story it is allowed to tell, the firm supplies it and stands behind it. We do not decorate the page with speed.

Authority fits a cash-advance desk that must separate card receipts from an existing advance and keep every factor rate off the screen. The page also states where the firm may legally speak.

Motus does not advance funds or quote a factor rate. The site is for a company that already offers this product where the law allows it. We do not promise approval.

Questions

Why split a merchant who has card receipts from one with an existing advance?
Because receipts describe recent sales and an existing advance describes money already spoken for. One form under-asks the second person. merchants@ hears the disclosure. statements@ takes the paper. Motus still does not advance funds.
Will the cash advance page display a factor rate?
No. Publishing one figure or a band is quoting, full stop. This studio refuses to borrow a competitor's number or call any price low or fair. Price talk waits until the right mailbox has receipts and any existing advance.
Where do merchant card receipts go if they are not a story?
They go to statements@ as exports, not as an essay. advances@ is for a merchant who believes the relationship is new. Mixing tickets into the essay box is how an existing-advance disclosure gets skipped, and skipping it is a reason to stop.
Does Motus advance funds to a merchant from this website?
No. This studio sells a public site plus mail on the firm's domain. It does not purchase receipts or become anyone's funder. The firm discusses this product only where it may legally do so. A visitor's place is that firm's own compliance question.
