Ask for the runway spreadsheet. Do not promise the warrant.
A runway spreadsheet open beside the founder's notebook is the object this page can ask for, and nothing grander. The sheet shows how the company talks about time. It does not show a warrant, a valuation, or an approval. founders@ can receive the sheet and a short note. warrants@ is only for a question about warrant paper the firm already agreed to discuss. venture@ is the desk. Motus will not set warrant terms or bless a venture lender.
The spreadsheet is time, not a valuation
Runway is the founder's own arithmetic. The page can ask them to attach it to founders@ and to say what the sheet calls cash and months. It cannot correct the sheet, extend the months, or translate months into a loan size. A widget that says your runway supports this much is an approval costume. Take the widget off. venture@ can answer a question about whether this desk even talks to companies at that stage, without quoting a size.
Valuation is the other number founders try to sneak into the same email. Do not give it a field. A venture lender, if the firm introduces one, will have its own process, and that process is not a public form. The page should say Motus is not the venture lender and does not price the company. The firm, if it discusses valuation at all, does that in a room, not in a meta description.
Warrant questions stay out of the runway note
A warrant is a document with coverage, a term, and a fight about what it attaches to. None of that belongs in the first email about runway. warrants@ exists so a founder who already has paper, or a counsel note about paper, does not bury the spreadsheet reader. The page can say the desk will not publish warrant coverage, a share count, or an example grant. Motus will not invent those terms to make the service look defined.
Founders sometimes ask the site to compare venture lenders. Do not build the comparison. A table of unnamed lenders with star ratings is a ranking and a promise of access. The allowed line is that the firm may discuss a venture lender it actually knows, in private, after it has seen the runway note. founders@ is how that note arrives. The comparison, if it ever happens, is not a page module we install.
Three addresses, none of them an approval
founders@ takes the spreadsheet and the short note about what the company does. warrants@ takes warrant paper questions and nothing about cash months. venture@ takes a stage question that is not yet a file. Label them with those jobs in the first screen. A single apply button collapses the warrant fight into the runway email and then stamps both with a false sense that someone already said yes.
Approval language is easy to smuggle in with speed. Fast close, term sheet in a week, founder-friendly warrant. None of those phrases ship with this page. The firm can describe its process in plain sequence: note, read, possible conversation. Sequence is not a yes. Motus does not approve the company, value it, or sign beside a venture lender. If a term sheet appears later, it is not a file we generated.
Growth fits a venture-debt desk that asks founders@ for runway, isolates warrant talk at warrants@, and refuses valuation, approval, and any venture-lender comparison table.
Motus is not a lender. We do not quote an APR, promise approval, or take an application.

Questions
- What should a founder attach for a venture debt conversation?
- The runway spreadsheet and a short note, sent to founders@. The sheet is the company's own arithmetic about time. The page will not correct it, extend the months, or turn months into a loan size. No widget gets to say the runway supports an amount.
- Where do venture debt warrant questions go so they miss the spreadsheet?
- To warrants@, and only when the firm has agreed to discuss warrant paper. Coverage, a share count, and an example grant stay off the public page. Motus will not invent those terms. The runway reader should not have to dig them out of founders@.
- Can the venture page compare venture lenders for the founder?
- No. A star table is a ranking and a promise of access. The firm may discuss a venture lender it knows, in private, after the runway note arrives. Motus is not that lender and does not price the company.
- Will Motus approve venture debt or set a valuation?
- No. Sequence is note, read, possible conversation. Sequence is not a yes. Fast close and a founder-friendly warrant do not ship on this page. If a term sheet appears later, the firm or a lender wrote it. This studio did not generate the file.
