The yacht page starts with length, not a slogan

A handwritten length and a cruising ground are the first objects on a yacht buyer's desk. The listing is published only when the owner agreed to show that hull. The page collects those facts and asks whether a survey is already in hand. It never says the hull is seaworthy. Motus does not sell the boat. If the firm holds central agency, that status is written in the firm's own words.

Owner consent before any yacht listing

The listing block stays empty until the owner has said the hull may be shown. A photo from a marina walk does not create that consent. The page states the length the owner supplied and the cruising ground the buyer named, and it leaves blank any field the firm has not confirmed. Motus does not add a sistership or a boat from another firm's board.

Central agency is named only when the firm already holds it for that yacht. A co-broker note, if the firm uses one, says who speaks for the owner and who does not. The public page does not promise a showing date, a sea trial, or a price the owner has not approved. Buyers who want the file write buyers@ and wait for a person.

Where a survey question is supposed to land

A survey is a document the firm may have or may still be waiting on. The site asks whether one exists and which inbox should receive it. It does not interpret the survey, grade the hull, or tell a buyer the yacht is fit to leave the dock. That reading belongs to the surveyor the parties hire, not to this studio.

New listings and owner corrections go to listings@. Buyer questions about a published length go to buyers@. A mixed note that tries both jobs gets split by a person, not by a form that guesses. The yacht page shows those two addresses in plain text so a late email does not land in a general box nobody watches.

What the yacht homepage refuses to claim

The homepage refuses three claims. It will not say the yacht is seaworthy. It will not say Motus is the seller. It will not paste a price the firm has not agreed to honor in writing. If no asking figure is supplied, the page says the owner will discuss terms through the desk, and it stops there.

Cruising ground is a place name the buyer typed, not a route we chart. Year, builder, and berth appear only when the firm provides them. A missing berth stays blank. We do not invent a marina, a flag, or a recent haul-out to make the card look finished. The yacht desk's own staff fills those blanks after they check the file.

Growth fits a yacht desk that already takes owner-approved listings and needs yachts@, listings@, and buyers@ as separate company mail.

Motus does not sell a vessel, an aircraft, or a machine, and does not certify that one is airworthy or seaworthy.

Questions

What should a yacht buyer send before anyone replies?
Send the length, the cruising ground, and whether a survey is already in the file. Say if you are buying or selling. Do not expect a seaworthy label or a sale completed by Motus. A person at buyers@ reads that note.
Does the yacht page publish a listing without owner consent?
No. The listing goes up only when the owner agreed. A photo alone is not consent. Central agency is stated only if the firm already holds it. Motus does not sell the boat and does not scrape another board.
Who reads a survey file sent after the first call?
listings@ receives owner documents, including a survey the firm is willing to hold. The site does not score that survey or tell anyone the hull is ready for sea. The reader is a person at the yacht desk, not an automated grade.
Can Motus call a yacht seaworthy on the public page?
No. Seaworthiness is not a sentence this studio writes. The page can show length and the survey status the firm supplies. It cannot certify the hull. Motus does not sell the boat, and it does not stand in for a surveyor.
