Drop the vacancy rate. Offer a tour and a term.

This city is vacant at a rate we just made up is the sentence an office site must delete. Offer a tour path and the term a landlord will actually discuss. Name the floor plate the desk can talk about, and send the request to tours@. Motus does not know a city's vacancy, will not print one, and is not the licensee walking the floor.

Delete the citywide vacancy line

A percentage for a whole city is not a fact the desk established, and it ages into a falsehood even when it started as a headline. Take it off. The page can say the firm arranges office tours and discusses terms landlords have agreed to discuss. That is narrower, and it is something a person on the desk can actually do tomorrow. Motus will not research a market statistic to replace the deleted sentence.

office@ is where a requirement starts. tours@ is where a visit is requested after the firm has said a visit makes sense. tenants@ is for an occupier already in a building the desk knows. Three addresses stop a cold requirement from burying a tour confirmation. Those mailboxes sit on the domain the firm already owns. Nobody here walks the suite or tells a tenant the floor is empty.

Floor plate and term, side by side

A tenant who says they need a floor has not said whether they need a whole plate or a portion, and the form should force that distinction without being rude. Ask for the floor plate size they have in mind and the term they hope to discuss. Both numbers are the visitor's wish, not the landlord's offer. Label them as wishes so nobody confuses the form with a proposal.

The firm replies with whatever term the landlord will actually discuss, which may be nothing like the wish. That reply is a person's job. The page can warn that a tour is scheduled only after this exchange, not before. tours@ collects the wish. It does not confirm the landlord's calendar. Motus will not put a sample term on the site to look helpful, because a sample term is a fake offer.

Tours follow a conversation

The wrong homepage treats a tour like a restaurant reservation. Office tours involve a landlord, sometimes a security desk, and often a tenant still in the suite. The page should describe the sequence: requirement to office@, a human reply, then a request to tours@. Skipping to the third step produces no-shows and angry landlords. Motus can draw the sequence. We cannot promise a landlord will open the door.

If the firm wants a page about how tours work in buildings it already represents, the firm writes the facts and we place them. We will not add a vacancy rate beside those facts to make the page look informed. tenants@ remains the address for someone already inside a building, so a tour request from a stranger does not land in their thread.

Starter fits an office desk that needs one clear tour path, a term field, and a page that refuses to invent a city vacancy rate.

Motus is not a real-estate licensee. We do not list a property, quote a price, or promise a closing.

Questions

What replaces a vacancy rate on an office desk site?
A tour path and the term a landlord will discuss, plus the floor plate the visitor thinks they need. office@ starts the requirement. tours@ comes after a person says a visit makes sense. Motus will not print a vacancy rate for a city.
How should an office tour request name the term?
As the visitor's wish, not as the landlord's offer. The form asks for the term beside the floor plate and labels both as wishes. The firm replies with whatever term will actually be discussed. Motus will not preload a sample term.
Who discusses floor plate size with a tenant?
The firm does, after the visitor has named the floor plate they hope for and the term they have in mind. tours@ only collects that wish. It does not confirm a landlord's calendar. Motus will not pretend a tour is a restaurant reservation.
Does Motus know how full a city's offices are?
No. A citywide vacancy line is the sentence to delete, even when it came from a headline. The page offers a tour sequence instead. tenants@ is for someone already in a building. Motus will not research a statistic to fill the hole.
