Operator revenue files and owner sale notes stay apart.

When the monthly file arrives, an operator's revenue notes and an owner's sale question collide and the sale note is the one that waits. parking@ can catch a general question. operators@ is where the revenue file belongs. owners@ is the sale conversation. Motus does not write a revenue figure, a count of stalls we were not given, or a price for the garage.

Monthly files are not sale leads

An operator's revenue file is an operating document. It arrives on a cadence, it contains figures the owner may not want in a sale thread, and it should never sit in owners@. operators@ is the file's address. The page should say that the file is not a listing and not a number we will retype onto the homepage. Motus will not publish a revenue figure, monthly or annual, that we composed.

parking@ is only for a note that has not declared itself. If the form can ask operator report or owner sale before the address is chosen, fewer files go to the wrong place. Motus can build that question. We cannot read the spreadsheet, audit the tickets, or tell a buyer what the garage clears. The firm does that, if it does it, off the public page.

Stalls are a count, not a pitch

Stalls can be stated when the operator or the owner has given the count and allowed it in public. A rounded-up count is a different garage. The page should use the given number or stay silent. It should not multiply stalls by a made-up daily rate to produce revenue. That multiplication is how a sober site becomes a promise. Motus will not do the multiplication.

Operator agreements, validation deals, and monthly parkers are the operator's story. They belong in operators@ when they are documents, and they belong nowhere on the homepage when they are confidential. The public page can name the kinds of agreements the desk is willing to discuss. It cannot quote one. owners@ does not need a copy of every validation contract in order to ask about a sale.

Sale questions use the owner door

An owner who might sell is not asking the operator to compile a fresh revenue exhibit for the website. The sale question goes to owners@. The page can list what the firm will want later, in a private exchange: the stalls count already on file, the operator agreement, and whatever revenue history the owner chooses to share. Listing those as future requests is not the same as posting them.

Buyers writing in cold should be told that no garage is offered on this page. parking@ can log the introduction. If the firm has an assignment, the firm says so in a reply, with the owner's permission attached to whatever facts are shared. Motus will not pin a facility on a map, name a street, or imply a price. We are not the licensee, and we do not hold the operator's cash.

Starter fits a parking desk that needs a short page separating operator revenue files from owner sale notes and that publishes no revenue figure.

Motus is not a real-estate licensee. We do not list a property, quote a price, or promise a closing.

Questions

Where should a parking operator send monthly revenue files?
To operators@, never to owners@ and never onto the homepage as a retyped total. parking@ is only for a note that has not said which it is. Motus will not publish a revenue figure we composed, monthly or otherwise.
How does a parking page separate an owner's sale question?
The sale question goes to owners@. The operator's file stays at operators@. The form should ask which of those the sender is before it picks an address. Motus can build that question. We will not turn a revenue exhibit into a public listing.
What stall facts can the site state without inventing revenue?
A stalls count the operator or the owner gave and allowed in public, stated as given, or silence. The site must not multiply stalls by a daily rate to manufacture revenue. Motus will not do that arithmetic or round the count upward.
Which inbox does a parking owner use for a sale?
owners@ receives the sale question. parking@ only logs an introduction that is not yet a sale. No garage is offered on the page itself. If the firm has an assignment, the firm says so privately. Motus will not pin a facility or imply a price.
