Climate control and drive-up units are the real question.
Climate control units and drive-up units are the product question a storage visitor actually has. The page can explain which of those the operator offers. Occupancy stays off the page unless that operator already published it. A unit mix can be named at the same standard: only what was handed over to print. Motus will not guess how full the facility is, and we do not run it.
Climate control or a drive-up door
Those are different products, and the visitor usually knows which one they mean. The page should ask, in that vocabulary, instead of asking for a storage solution. Climate control is a fact about the building the operator runs. A drive-up door is a fact about access. If the operator offers one and not the other, say so. Motus will not imply both because both words attract searches.
storage@ is the general question. offerings@ is for a facility the operator is willing to have discussed as a sale or a financing conversation, and only then. operators@ is the operator's own correspondence. A renter looking for a unit is not an offering inquiry. If the firm does not rent units to the public, the page should say that in the first paragraph so a renter does not leave a unit-size request and wait.
Occupancy is the operator's number
Occupancy is easy to fake and very specific when it is real. The rule on this page is simple. If the operator has published a figure and told the firm to repeat it, the firm may repeat it with the date and the source. If not, the figure is absent. Motus will not supply a plausible percentage to keep the page from looking thin. Thin is acceptable. False is not.
The same rule covers economic occupancy, physical occupancy, and any phrase that means how full. Synonyms do not create permission. operators@ is where an updated figure can arrive when the operator wants the firm to have it. The public page does not refresh itself. A person decides whether the new figure is allowed out. We do not automate that decision.
Unit mix only from the source
A unit mix for storage is sizes and counts: small units, large units, climate control units, drive-up units, if those are the categories the operator uses. Copy the operator's categories. Do not invent a prettier set. offerings@ can be used when that mix is part of a package the operator allowed a buyer to request. The mix is still not a homepage chart unless the same permission covers the homepage.
Renters asking for a unit size are a different public, if the firm even serves them. Do not force their question through offerings@. storage@ can say, in one line, whether the firm rents units or only represents operators. Motus will not build a unit-availability board. Availability changes daily and we do not see the locks. The operator's own system, if they have one, is not something we pretend to mirror.
Growth fits a storage desk that must distinguish climate control from drive-up units and keep occupancy off the page unless the operator published it.

Questions
- What unit types belong on a self storage page?
- Climate control units and drive-up units, named the way the operator names them, and only if the operator offers them. storage@ takes the general question. Motus will not imply both products just because both phrases attract searches.
- Why must a storage page omit occupancy unless published?
- Because a plausible percentage is still a false one when the operator did not publish it. The page stays silent, or it repeats a dated figure the operator allowed. operators@ can receive an update. A person decides whether the new occupancy may be repeated. Motus will not automate that.
- Who decides whether climate control is offered on the site?
- The operator does. The page copies those categories into a unit mix only with permission, including climate control if that is truly a category they use. offerings@ is for a buyer request, not for a renter's unit. Motus will not draw the chart from memory.
- Can Motus state how full a storage facility is?
- No. Occupancy, physical or economic, stays off unless the operator published it and told the firm to repeat it. Synonyms do not create permission. Motus will not supply a percentage to make the facility look full.
