A draft claim is not a number Motus certifies

A draft inventory and a draft claim sit on the visitor's desk, and neither is a certified figure. The client holding that draft needs documents@, not a badge from this studio. carbon@ can take the advisory conversation the firm already offers. clients@ is the client. Motus does not certify a number and does not issue a credit.

A draft claim needs the documents inbox

A client holding a draft claim should see documents@ before any other address. That inbox receives the draft and the inventory notes the firm already asked to see. carbon@ is the conversation. Mixing them means a document sits under a scheduling thread, and the draft is what gets delayed. Label the two jobs in separate lines.

The claim on the page is the client's draft, described as a draft. Do not restate it as a result. Do not add a tonne figure Motus calculated from a spreadsheet the firm forwarded. If a number appears, the firm supplied it and the page says the firm supplied it. This studio does not certify that number.

Motus does not certify the number

Motus does not certify a number. Put that sentence next to the inventory, not in a footnote. Inventory language can say which categories of activity the firm already helps a client organize on paper. It cannot say those categories have been verified, registered, or converted into anything a buyer could retire.

Someone already engaged by the firm writes clients@. A visitor who wants a certificate with a Motus name on it should read the refusal and stop. The firm may already retain its own specialists. This page does not replace those specialists, and it does not stamp the inventory as finished work.

Inventory language without a credit issuance

Do not say the firm issues a credit, and do not say Motus issues one. No certified tonne belongs on the page. A credit issuance is a different business from a page that organizes a draft claim and an inventory. If the firm wants to describe a service it actually performs, the firm writes that description inside the refusal's limit.

documents@ keeps the file. carbon@ keeps the conversation. clients@ keeps the client relationship. The public text can tell a reader which address matches which job. It cannot tell a reader that a number survived review, that a registry accepted it, or that a credit exists because the page looks official.

Growth fits a carbon advisory desk that must route a draft claim and an inventory to documents@ while Motus does not certify the number.

Motus does not advise a company on a carbon claim and does not certify a number.

Questions

Does Motus certify a number on a carbon advisory page?
No. Motus does not certify a number. A draft claim and the inventory notes go to documents@. carbon@ is the conversation the firm already offers. A tonne figure appears only if the firm supplied it, and even then this studio does not certify it.
Where should a carbon inventory draft be sent?
Send the draft inventory and the draft claim to documents@. clients@ is for an existing client. carbon@ is not a filing cabinet. The page must not turn that draft into a certified result, a registered tonne, or a credit.
Can a carbon advisory page say a credit was issued?
No. Motus does not issue a credit and does not print a certified tonne. Inventory language stays at the categories the firm already helps organize on paper. Issuance, registration, and retirement are not claims this website makes.
Who may describe the carbon claim if a number is shown?
The firm may supply a number it already uses, and the page should say the firm supplied it. Motus does not certify that number. documents@ holds the draft. A badge, a stamp, or a sentence that sounds like approval from this studio has to come off.
