The night before departure splits the mail
When the note arrives the night before departure, a group manifest and a solo itinerary get lost if they share one mailbox. groups@ is the manifest. trips@ is the solo itinerary. travelers@ is the person traveling. The page names whichever supplier this desk already books. Nobody here can pledge entry papers, and nobody here invents a fare.
The night before departure splits the mail
The night before departure is when a shared mailbox fails. A group change and a solo change need different readers, because one edits many names and the other edits one. groups@ takes the manifest. trips@ takes the individual itinerary. Say that above the fold so a guide is not hunting for the right address at midnight.
travelers@ is for the person who is traveling and needs a human reply about their own plan. Do not make that person write the group address. Do not make a group leader write the solo address and hope someone sorts it. The split is the whole point of the page.
A group manifest is not a solo itinerary
A manifest lists the group the firm already has on a trip. It is not a brochure. Publish only the fields the firm wants public, and keep legal names off the public page. The working file goes to groups@. A solo itinerary states the supplier, the date, and the plan for one traveler, and it lives with trips@.
Do not print a fare the firm did not give you. A sample price becomes a quote the moment it is on the page. Motus does not invent a fare. If the firm publishes a rate card it already honors, the firm supplies the figures. Otherwise the page talks about the supplier and the inbox, not about money.
Suppliers stay named and fares stay unpublished
Name the supplier the firm already uses for the kind of trip the desk sells. A supplier sentence tells a traveler who actually operates the service. Motus does not operate trips, does not hold a visa desk, and does not promise that any person may enter a country. Travel planning on this page is the firm's itinerary work, nothing wider.
A visa question does not belong in trips@ as if this studio could answer it. Say the page does not promise a visa and point the reader back to the itinerary and the supplier. Group leaders still use groups@ the night before departure. That sentence should be short enough to read on a phone in a lobby.
Starter fits a travel desk that must separate groups@ from trips@ the night before departure, without a visa promise or a fare Motus invented.
Motus does not provide the specialist service in the headline. We publish the site and connect the email.

Questions
- Where should a travel group manifest be sent at night?
- Send the manifest to groups@. A solo itinerary goes to trips@. The person traveling writes travelers@. The split matters the night before departure, when one mailbox would lose one of the two notes. Motus does not invent a fare for either note.
- Does a travel page promise a visa or a fare?
- No. Entry papers are not pledged on this page, and a fare is not invented here. The itinerary names the supplier booked for that trip. Entry rules are not decided here. A rate appears only when the firm already publishes that rate.
- Which supplier should a travel itinerary name in public?
- Name the supplier booked for that kind of trip. The itinerary for one person lives with trips@. The group file lives with groups@. Motus does not operate the trip and does not turn a sample price into a quote.
- Why split group travel mail from a solo itinerary?
- Because the night before departure, a manifest edit and a solo edit need different readers. groups@ handles the group. trips@ handles the solo itinerary. travelers@ handles the person. One shared box is how a name or a time gets lost.
