A program question is not an admission

A parent asking about a program and a student sending a document arrive with different hopes, and neither is owed admission. study@ hears the program question. documents@ receives transcripts. families@ is the family. The page can describe programs the firm already presents. Motus does not promise a place and does not promise a job.

A family asking is not an admission

A family asking about a program wants to know what the program is, who it is for, and how to send paper. Answer those three things. Do not answer with a seat, a scholarship amount, or a phrase like guaranteed entry. Admission is a decision the institution makes. This page does not make it and Motus does not predict it.

families@ receives the family note. study@ receives the question about the program itself. If both share one box, a transcript question delays a program question, or the reverse. Label them. Say that a polite reply is not an offer of admission. The word admission on this page is a boundary, not a result.

Transcripts go to the documents inbox

documents@ receives transcripts and the other documents the firm already asks families to send. Name those document types only if the firm already uses that list. Do not invent a portal, a test score cutoff, or a fee. The page points at the inbox. The firm decides whether the file is complete.

A student is not a client of Motus, and the page should not say otherwise. The firm has the relationship, if one exists. Keep the tone factual: which program, which document, which address. A sentence that sounds like a counselor's promise of a place should be cut, even if it was written to be encouraging.

No place is promised and no job either

Motus does not promise a place in a program and does not promise a job after it. Those are the two sentences the page must not drift into. A program description stays descriptive: subject, format, and who the firm already works with. Outcomes, salaries, and placement rates do not get invented to fill a sidebar.

If the firm has a written fact it already publishes about a program, the firm may supply it. The studio will not upgrade that fact into an admission promise or a hiring promise. families@ can hear worry. study@ can hear the program question. Neither reply is a yes from a school or an employer.

Authority fits an education desk that must separate study@ from documents@ and must describe a program without promising admission or a job.

Motus does not provide the specialist service in the headline. We publish the site and connect the email.

Questions

Does an educational page promise admission to a program?
No. A family asking about a program is not owed admission. study@ hears the program question and families@ hears the family. Motus does not promise a place. The institution decides admission. This studio only builds the page and the mailboxes.
Where should an educational transcript or document be sent?
Send the transcript and the other documents the firm already requested to documents@. Do not expect that inbox to grant admission or a job. The page names the document path. Completeness is the firm's judgment, not a promise from Motus.
Can Motus promise a job after an educational program?
No. Motus does not promise a job and does not promise a place. A program description stays limited to what the firm already presents. Salaries, placement rates, and guaranteed seats stay off the page unless the firm itself removes them by not asking for them at all.
Which inbox should a family use for an educational program?
families@ is the family inbox. study@ is the program question. documents@ is the paper. Using the family address for a transcript hides the file. Nothing in those three boxes is an admission letter or a job offer from this studio.
