The document list is not a filing and not a visa
A document list sits on the visitor's desk while the visitor assembles papers. That list is the object. The page does not file it. visas@ can explain which inbox the firm uses. documents@ receives the papers the firm already asked for. clients@ is the client. Motus does not file a petition, give immigration advice, or promise an outcome.
The document list is the visitor object
The visitor is assembling a document list, not receiving a decision. Print the list the firm already gives its clients, or say the firm sends the list after it knows the matter. Do not invent forms, fee amounts, or government steps. documents@ is where those papers go. The page is a map to that inbox, not a filing window.
Say in the first screen that the firm, not Motus, does the firm's work. A reader should not think the studio files, represents, or predicts. visas@ can receive a question about which desk inside the firm should see the note. It is not a mailbox that issues a visa or starts a case by itself.
Motus does not file the petition
Motus does not file a petition. The word petition can appear so a client knows which of the firm's inboxes expects a petition question, and so the page can refuse the filing. Put the refusal next to the word. A button that says file, submit, or track a government case does not belong on a Motus page.
clients@ is for a person who is already a client of the firm, writing about their own matter. A stranger assembling papers for the first time still needs the document list and documents@, not a promise. The outcome of any petition is outside this website. Motus does not promise a visa and does not describe the result as likely.
An outcome is not something this studio promises
An outcome is a government result. The page must not predict it, time it, or sell it. Say that plainly near the document list. Immigration advice is the firm's work, if the firm is allowed to give it, and it is not something Motus adds between the lines of a homepage.
Keep three addresses visible: visas@ for routing inside the firm, documents@ for the papers, and clients@ for an existing client. Repeat the refusal near them: Motus does not file a petition, does not give immigration advice, and does not promise an outcome. The list the visitor is assembling remains the only object on the desk.
Growth fits a visa desk that must show a document list and three inboxes while stating Motus does not file a petition or promise an outcome.

Questions
- Does Motus file a visa petition for the visitor?
- No. Motus does not file a petition, does not give immigration advice, and does not promise a visa. The visitor assembles the document list. Papers the firm already asked for go to documents@. visas@ only routes a note inside the firm.
- Where should visa documents go while a list is assembled?
- Send them to documents@. The document list is what the visitor is assembling, using the list the firm already provides. clients@ is for an existing client. Motus does not submit the file and does not promise any outcome.
- Can this immigration page predict a visa outcome?
- No. An outcome is not something this studio promises. Motus does not give immigration advice. The page shows the document list and the inboxes. It does not time a result, describe a case as likely, or offer a button that files a petition.
- Who gives immigration advice on a visa desk page?
- Not Motus. Immigration advice, if anyone on the matter may give it, is the firm's work. The website refuses that role in plain words. visas@, documents@, and clients@ are mail routes. They are not a decision and not a filing.
