The role is not filled and the candidate is not placed
Declaring the role filled is the sentence the current site gets wrong, and so is declaring the candidate placed. A hiring client and a candidate need different inboxes before either sentence can even be discussed. roles@ is the role. candidates@ is the candidate. clients@ is the hiring client. Motus does not guarantee a placement or invent a fee.
The role is not filled on this page
Do not write that a role is filled, paused, or urgently closing unless the firm itself has said that and wants it public today. A static page goes stale the hour a role changes. Better: say the firm posts roles it is actually working, and point updates to roles@. A badge that says filled is the wrong sentence when nobody checked this morning.
The role description, if one is public, uses the firm's title, location, and must-haves. Motus does not embellish the seniority or the salary. If pay is unpublished, leave it unpublished. A range this studio guessed is a fact the firm may have to defend. roles@ can receive a correction from the firm the same day.
A candidate and a client use different doors
A candidate writes candidates@. A hiring client writes clients@. The page should say that in the first screen, with the two addresses visible at once. A candidate who writes the client inbox shares a pile with commercial mail. A client who writes the candidate inbox lands in a stack of resumes. Both mixes lose the note that mattered.
Say how each person starts: the candidate names the role, and the client names the role they need filled by the firm, not by a sentence on the site. Neither start is a placement. Motus does not guarantee that a candidate will be hired or that a search will end. The firm does its own work after the right door is used.
The fee is stated by the firm alone
A fee, if the firm charges one and wants it public, is a figure the firm writes. Motus does not invent a percentage, a retainer, or a replacement window. If the fee is private, the page says the fee is discussed with the firm through clients@, and it stops. A candidate should not be shown a client fee they were never meant to see.
Placement language stays off the hero. The wrong sentence is that the role is filled or the candidate is placed. Replace it with the two doors and the role the firm is actually working. candidates@ does not send an offer. clients@ does not confirm a hire. Those results, if they happen, are not copy this studio adds.
Starter fits a recruiting desk that must show roles@, candidates@, and clients@ as separate doors, with no placement guarantee and no fee invented by Motus.
Motus does not provide the specialist service in the headline. We publish the site and connect the email.

Questions
- Does a recruitment page say the role is already filled?
- No. Declaring the role filled is the sentence to avoid unless the firm itself publishes that status and keeps it current. roles@ receives the role note. Motus does not treat a static badge as truth and does not promise a placement to anyone.
- Where should a recruitment candidate send a note?
- candidates@ is the candidate door. clients@ is the hiring client. A candidate who uses the client inbox shares a pile with commercial mail. The page exists to prevent that mix. Motus does not guarantee the candidate will be placed or hired.
- Who publishes the fee on a recruitment desk page?
- The firm, if it wants the fee public. Motus does not invent a fee, a percentage, or a retainer. If the fee is private, clients@ is where the hiring client asks. A candidate should not see a client fee that was meant to stay off the page.
- Can Motus guarantee a recruitment placement for a role?
- No. Motus offers no placement guarantee. The page shows how a hiring client and a candidate reach different inboxes. It does not say the role is filled and it does not say the candidate is placed. The firm handles the search after the note arrives.
