The packet is the PDF. The website is the second tab. People open it to see if the phone, the DOT, and the email match, and if the company looks like it will still exist on Friday. Motus builds that tab. We do not replace your insurance agent.

Make the packet and the site agree

Legal name, DBA, USDOT, MC, the city, and the phone should match what the packet says. A mismatch is a reason to stop. If a number changed, fix the site the same week you update the public record. We do not update Motus for you.

Give them a place to ask for the certificate

A short form or a safety@ address is enough. Do not publish a downloadable certificate that goes stale. Do not imply we are the insurer. Name your agent if you want brokers to go straight there.

Email is part of the packet now

Many portals ask for a company email and reject a free one, or a human rejects it later. Set the from-address before the first setup package goes out. Dispatch, safety, and billing can be three aliases to start if one person answers all three. Split them when the volume is real.

Growth ($597) fits a fleet that needs equipment, lanes, a proof section, and a faster launch. Starter is enough when the packet is simple and the fleet is one truck.
