A website for a truck dispatch service
Dispatchers sell trust to owner-operators who have already heard a hundred promises. The site should say who you dispatch, which equipment, how the fee works, and how to contact you. It should not promise trucks or loads you do not have.
Say the offer without the fog
Percentage or fee, what you do all day, what you do not do, and which trailers you understand. A dispatch service that claims every trailer in North America looks like the ads owners already skip.
If you are not a motor carrier, do not wear a carrier's clothes. If you also have trucks, split the two businesses on the site.
The inbox is the product
Owners email before they call. dispatch@ or hello@ on your domain, plus billing@ so fee questions do not sit in the same thread as a breakdown. The launch connects those addresses. We do not take a cut of the loads. We are not your dispatch client.
Proof you can actually show
A plain description of how onboarding works is better than fake testimonials. If a client has agreed to be named, name them. If not, do not invent a fleet count.
Starter ($274) fits a new authority or a one-truck company that needs five credible pages, a phone, and a form. Growth ($597) fits a fleet that needs equipment, lanes, a proof section, and a faster launch.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can the site guarantee trucks a certain rate?
- No, and we will not write that. The site can explain your fee and your process.
- Do you need my clients' logins?
- No. Not for load boards, not for Motus, not for email.
- Is this the same as a carrier site?
- No. Carriers haul. Dispatch services arrange. The pages should not pretend otherwise.
- How do owners apply?
- A form and a phone number. Software that tracks every owner is scoped, not part of Starter.
