A freight broker website shippers can read

A broker website has two audiences who must not be confused. Shippers want a quote. Carriers want to know how to get set up. Motus builds those paths, with company email that does not say Gmail. We never collect a carrier's Motus or Login.gov password.

Two front doors

The shipper door: modes you actually cover, the regions, and a way to ask for a rate. The carrier door: what you need in a packet, and an address that is not the general sales inbox. Mixing them on one scrolling page makes both audiences leave.

Your own USDOT, if you have one, goes on the page in plain text. So does a plain statement that you are a broker. Do not imply you are the motor carrier unless you are.

Email that separates the work

quotes@ or shippers@, carriers@, and accounting@. One person can own all three at the start. The addresses still teach the outside world where a message goes. We connect them on your domain and quote any seat fee first.

What this studio will not collect

We will not ask a carrier for a portal password, a Login.gov password, or a Motus password, and your site should not ask either. Vetting belongs in the tools you already use and in public lookups. Our broker guide says the same thing at more length.

Authority ($1,197) fits a broker or a multi-division company that needs a custom brand, a quote path, and written pages. Growth can work for a new brokerage that only needs a clean shipper page and a carrier page.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start.
